What are your opening hours?

Overnight accommodation is available 7 days a week.

Daycare is open Monday to Friday in Woy Woy. Drop off for daycare is also available for limited numbers in Kincumber. They will be taken to Woy Woy and returned to Kincumber in the evening.

To limit interruptions to our days planned activities, drop off and pickup is limited.

Woy Woy Drop off time between:

7:30am - 9.30am

Woy Woy Pick up time between:

3.30pm - 5.30pm

If you require daycare on the weekend or need an out of hours check-in/check-out please ask and we will do our best to help you.

Can I come in when you’re introducing my dog?

For the comfort and safety of all dogs, we ask owners to say a quick goodbye at handover rather than coming into the play areas.

Dogs often take emotional cues from their owners, so if you’re feeling anxious or hesitant, your dog is likely to feel the same. A calm, confident handover allows us to begin building a relationship with your dog straight away.

Every new dog is introduced gradually through a structured process. We assess their confidence, temperament and play style, then carefully introduce them to the environment and the other dogs at a pace that suits them. This helps create a positive first experience and sets them up for success.

We’ll always let you know how they’re settling in, and if you’d like, we’re happy to send you an update or photo during their first visit.

What do I need to bring for my dog?

Food:
This applies to boarding, you can bring the food your dog normally eats (important if you dog is on a special diet or is allergic to certain foods) or we can provide a high quality dry food with various toppings (chicken breast, sardines, mince for example).

If you have any treats you’d like them to have or teeth cleaning treats we will do our best to give them to your dog but it may be given as part of their meals rather than a separate treat through the day.

Please dont bring any bowls.

Medication:
If your dog is on any medications or they may need a medication if symptoms appear, please provide it at drop off with their name and dosage. We are happy to continue whatever medication they need.

Coats:
We are happy to put a coat on your dog when the weather is chilly. Please be aware that coats can be misplaced or torn. While we are careful with belongings It is not our responsibility to replace lost or damaged coats.

Beds:
We have plenty of beds! More often than not a bed supplied by you will be ‘marked’ by one of the other dogs. If you’d like to bring a special blanket you’re more than welcome.

Collars, Leads and Harnesses:
Please only bring a collar and take leads and harnesses with you as they often get lost.

Toys:
We prefer you don’t bring toys as they sometimes get lost. We have toys for the dogs to play with.

Where do the dogs sleep? Are they in kennels or crates?

We have a purpose built ‘dog loungeroom’ which the dogs have access to all the time. Often the dogs sleep in our house, in our living area, if that’s where they settle the best. We have had owners supply crates and we are happy to put them to bed in their crate, but unless the dog is crate trained we dont use them. We dont have any kennels and all dogs sleep inside. We are a home based business and the dogs are treated as part of the family.

Do the dogs get walked each day?

Yes! Every day the dogs leave our yard and either go for a lead walk around our neighbourhood or a trip to our private dog park! Tired dogs are happy and settled dogs!
